Edtech Gamify ("we", "us") operates Stickman Quiz and acts as the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.

1. Personal data we collect

• Account data: name, email, login credentials.
• Quiz content: quizzes you create, prompts and files you upload to AI features.
• Gameplay data: player nicknames, answers, scores during a session.
• Support messages: any correspondence you send us.
• Usage & device data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, log and telemetry data.

2. Purposes & legal basis

• Create and maintain your account, deliver quizzes and gameplay — contract performance.
• Provide AI quiz generation features — contract performance.
• Customer support — contract performance / legitimate interests.
• Security, fraud and abuse prevention — legitimate interests / legal obligation.
• Service improvement and analytics — legitimate interests.
• Marketing communications, where applicable — consent.

3. Data sharing

We share personal data with:

• Service providers / subprocessors we use to host, secure, and operate the Service (cloud hosting, database, analytics, support tooling).
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for sale of subscriptions, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and subscription management.
• AI providers that process prompts and uploads to generate quiz questions.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

4. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our support channels. Users in the UK/EEA also have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

6. International transfers

Personal data may be processed outside your country, including by Paddle and our hosting providers. Where data leaves the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege database policies to protect personal data.
