Refund Policy

Edtech Gamify offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Stickman Quiz subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Open the relevant transaction and request a refund, or contact Paddle support directly.
  3. Alternatively, contact Edtech Gamify support and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

After the 30-day window

After the 30-day window we may still consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, for example where the Service has been materially unavailable. Cancellations made after the window stop future renewals but do not refund the current period.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
