These Terms govern your use of Stickman Quiz (the "Service"), operated by Edtech Gamify ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Stickman Quiz lets hosts create live multiplayer quizzes, optionally generated by AI from a topic or uploaded slide deck, and lets players join those quizzes via a 6-digit PIN.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have a parent/guardian's consent) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully or for fraud or spam; (b) infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others; (c) attempt to interfere with the Service's security (malware, probing, scraping); (d) submit content that is illegal, harassing, or hateful; (e) reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.

4. AI Features

The AI Quiz Pro features generate quiz questions from prompts or files you provide. You are responsible for your inputs, for verifying outputs for accuracy, and for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not suitable for regulated professional advice. We may filter, moderate, or refuse outputs and may suspend accounts that repeatedly misuse AI features.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by Edtech Gamify. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per your plan. You retain ownership of quiz content you create; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

7. Service Level & Warranties

We provide the Service "as is" and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where it cannot be excluded by law.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete account data after a reasonable export window.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
